​Jake Lord is the owner and Lead Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP #BP134003) of MyHome Construction. He's been in the building trade for over 16 years and has seen firsthand what happens when work isn't done properly — which is why he doesn't cut corners, and won't let his team either. Jake supervises all consented structural work and manages council consent applications across Wellington, the Hutt Valley, and Porirua. When you book with MyHome Construction, Jake is the person accountable for the result.
